Child Therapy
“Child-driven, hands-on play is the foundation of creativity, constructive problem solving, and the capacity to self-regulate.”- Susan Linn
Play is a child’s natural language, allowing them to express thoughts and emotions they may not yet have words for. Through therapeutic play, creativity, and connection, children are supported in exploring their experiences, as well as building skills in emotional regulation, self-expression, confidence, problem-solving, and forming healthy relationships.
We take a collaborative approach, working closely with children and their families while drawing from modalities such as:
- Child-Centered Play Therapy
- Filial Play Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

EMDR
“Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence.”- Peter A. Levine
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic memories and emotional distress. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on the brain’s natural ability to recover when provided with the right support. Our clinicians prioritize emotional safety and create a nurturing space to help you move past 'stuck' experiences, reducing the intensity of triggers and fostering an improved sense of peace and resilience.
EMDR is an effective treatment for:
- Childhood and Complex Trauma
- Grief and Complex Loss
- Acute Traumatic Experiences
- Anxiety and Panic Attacks
- Phobias and Performance Anxiety
- Self-Esteem and Identity Growth

Maternal
Mental Health
“Reaching out for assistance is the first step toward her goal of being herself once again.” - Jane I. Honikman, M.S.
Navigating the transition into parenthood is one of life’s most profound shifts. If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, like you are failing and will never be the same, you are not alone. Nearly 25% of women who are pregnant, have recently been pregnant, or who have recently had a baby suffer from depression, anxiety, or another treatable mental health challenge.
Our clinicians provide individualized mental health care to assist you with maternal mental health concerns such as:
- Prenatal Anxiety
- Traumatic Birth
- Postpartum Anxiety and Depression
- Parental Identity and Role Confusion
- Reproductive Loss and Parental Grief

ERP
"If you want to think about it less, think about it more." - Fred Penzel Ph.D
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy is widely recognized as the gold standard for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety disorders. This evidence-based approach teaches and facilitates the gradual, compassionate exposure to triggers while resisting compulsive responses, helping you break the cycle of fear and regain control over your daily life. Together, we develop the tools to navigate uncertainty and discomfort with confidence. Issues addressed with ERP include:
- OCD (Including contamination, checking, harm, pedophilia (POCD), scrupulosity, existentialism, relationship (ROCD), and sensorimotor & somatic OCD subtypes)
- Post-partum OCD
- Phobias
- Panic Disorder
